Frederick Johnston | Owner & RealtorFred first visited and fell in love with Red Feather Lakes in 1969, and purchased his first property in Red Feather in 1976. After owning several successful restaurants in Loveland and Boulder, he transitioned to Real Estate which allowed him to be home with his kids more and work alongside his wife, Laura. As a husband-wife team, Fred sold several properties in Boulder and Longmont areas. In 2008, Fred returned to Red Feather to open the Summit Real Estate office. Being a real estate agent and a member of the community in the Red Feather Lakes area has been both rewarding and spiritually fulfilling for him. Fred loves to share his knowledge and feelings for Red Feather with you as his clients. In his personal time, he enjoys fishing, wildlife viewing, and hiking with his dogs.

Laura Johnston | Owner & RealtorLaura has over 40 years of Real Estate experience. She is the employing broker for Summit Real Estate, and has sold and helped develop numerous residential communities in Boulder and Weld Counties, totaling >$175 million in sales. For these communities, she has experience writing covenants, designing guidelines, working with local government agencies, and managing a Builder program. In her personal time, Laura enjoys gardening and taking care of her granddaughter.

Samantha Beck | Broker AssociateSamantha is our newest agent on the mountain. A Colorado native and a local to Red Feather Lakes since 2022, but a frequent visitor growing up to go camping, hiking, and fishing. Samantha loves the community here in Red Feather and hopes to share that love of Red Feather with you as her clients.

Christopher Johnston | Broker AssociateChris has lived in Northern Colorado for 32 years, and has grown up spending much of his childhood and free time in Red Feather Lakes. Chris studied Finance and Real Estate from 2009 to 2013 at Colorado State University (CSU), and completed his Master of Business Administration from CSU in 2020. Chris works as a Broker Associate, Market Analyst, and Commercial Marketing Manager at LC Real Estate Group in Loveland, and teams up with Summit Real Estate in Red Feather Lakes. In his personal time Chris enjoys running, fishing, kayaking/rafting, hiking, camping, flying, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and his dogs (Percy and Charly) in the outdoors.

Blaise Terrebonne | Broker AssociateBlaise moved to Red Feather Lakes almost 9 years ago after leaving the Army and quickly fell in love with the area. Becoming a part of Red Feather, he continues to look for ways to build the community and bring people together. He opened a Tavern in 2021, cooking Louisiana style food as homage to where he grew up. After suffering an unfortunate fire in 2023, Blaise has turned his interest to real estate where he has partnered with Samantha Beck in a real estate venture and coming soon, ZydeCO' Boys food truck.

Zen Raczkowski | Administrative AssistantZen moved and joined the Summit Real Estate team in 2013. Zen has a background in the Navy, and is an avid car connoisseur and home mechanic. Zen knows Read Feather well, and helps maintain the day-to-day office duties when Fred and Laura are not available.
